For Stefan Fabian, a brand is not a stylistic device, but a mindset — strategically conceived, emotionally understood, and consistently executed.

Stefan Fabian is Founder, Chief Strategist and Executive Creative Director of FabianBrandDirection®.

For more than 25 years, he has developed holistic brand strategies, precise corporate design systems, and scalable brand architectures for national and international companies.

A graduate in Communication Design, he began his career as an Art Director at McCann Erickson (Frankfurt), Springer & Jacoby (Hamburg), JWT (Singapore), and TBWA (Hamburg).

He later served as Senior Design Director at Landor Associates in Hamburg.

He has led national and international brand developments for clients including dm-drogerie markt, Sandoz, Merck, Siemens, Bosch, Salamander, MTU Friedrichshafen and UNIQA.

Today, his focus lies in strategic brand leadership at the intersection of positioning, design, digital experience, and consistent execution across all touchpoints.

He views brands not merely as visual systems, but as cultural, digital and economic leadership instruments.



SOUL2SOUL – Co-Founder & Strategic Brand Architect

Stefan Fabian is Co-Founder of SOUL2SOUL – A Mindful Path for Couples.

He is responsible for the brand architecture, positioning, visual identity and overall digital strategy of the brand — from platform architecture and content systems to user journey design, lead architecture and consistent brand management across all digital and physical touchpoints.

SOUL2SOUL integrates depth psychology and spiritual practice into a holistic approach to contemporary relationship work — experienced through retreats, digital spaces and curated online programs.

Lecturer, among others, at Miami Ad School Hamburg and Design Factory Hamburg.

Civic Engagement

Since 2004, Stefan Fabian has served as a board member of the FabianStiftung – Education and Health for Children, in close cooperation with Plan International Germany.

He is a founding member and board member of elbDORFaktiv e.V. in the Wendland region.

He is also the initiator of the “Sternenparadies Elbtalaue” project, aiming to preserve the natural night sky and achieve international Dark Sky certification.

Additionally, he is a founding member of the Wendland regional group of the Economy for the Common Good, where he is responsible for internal and external communications.
