Stefan Fabian is owner, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Creative Director of FabianBrandDirection. Since 2004 he is developing holistic brand strategies and corporate design systems for big and medium sized companies.

Stefan holds a Master of Communication Design from the University of Würzburg and worked as an Art Director for Mc Cann Erickson Frankfurt, Springer & Jacoby Hamburg, JWT Singapur, TBWA Hamburg and other ad agencies. Stefan joined the international Branding company Landor Associates Hamburg as Senior Design Director and was in charge of brands like dm-Drogeriemarkt, SANDOZ AG, MERCK AG, SIEMENS, BOSCH Power Tools, SALAMANDER, MTU-Friedrichshafen, UNIQA Versicherungen and many more.

As a Strategic Brand Consultant he held several lectureships at Miami Ad School Hamburg and Design Factory Hamburg.

Since 2004 he is President and Chief Executive Officer of his beneficial foundation „FabianStiftung – Education & Health for Children Worldwide“ in cooperation with PLAN International Germany. In 2018 he became founder member and President of elbDORFaktiv Society for Arts and Culture in Wendland.

Stefan Fabian is co-founder of Gemeinwohl-Ökonomie Wendland. Together with his team he is responsible for external and internal communication. The Economy for the Common Good advocates a more ethical economic model, in which the wellbeing of people and the environment become the ultimate goal of business.

Stefan is married and has three great grown-up children. He plays guitar (the best of the worst ...), admires moles and loves to build benches from old wood.
